Acres Wild Riding School offers riding lessons for children aged 5+, and is run by experienced horsewoman Janine Emerson, who's been teaching in Hawkes Bay for more than 25 years.

The riding school has a team of wonderful ponies, great for absolute beginners, or riders wanting to learn to jump and develop their all-around horsemanship skills.
